Exchange/Return of the products are only allowed within 7 days from Delivery.
Refund will be initiated within 5-7 Working days from the day we receive the Products in its Original condition along with Tag, post Quality Check process.
In case of return/exchange of any wrong item/product which is not as per your original item/product that’s delivered, Charge of Rs. 300/- will be deducted on account of Shipping & Handling Charges.
In case of returns/exchanges of any Combo/multi product order, Entire Combo/multi product order needs to be returned/exchanged for the Refunds.
Product purchased in Buy 1 Get 1 Offer, can only be exchanged & cant be returned/refunded.
Customer can Exchange the Product in case of Damage or other issues, If purchased using BOGO ( buy one get one).
Cancellation of orders will only be accepted before the order been dispatched. No cancellation will be processed in case of order In transit Status.
The company shall decide whether the Product shall be replaced or not and the same shall be communicated to you.
All defective Products which are not as per order must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return authorization number.
Please note that Products shall be in a saleable condition, unused with the product tags and shall be sent through a proper packaging to us.
Please allow 7 days from the day we receive the product for your request to be processed.
You will be communicated once your return is accepted/rejected.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Any query related to short Quantity shipment/Shipment Tampered/ Product Damage or any other issue related to shipment delivered should be raised within 24 hours from the time of Delivery.
Any query raised after the TAT ( turn around time) wont be resolved.
Some special rules for promotional offers may override this Policy.

If the customer does not have an account on the website, the same shall be created for getting the in store credit.
