We are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been placed. Please ensure you review all information carefully as you proceed through our checkout. However, you can return the ordered product to us.

What is the refund policy for items purchased from the website?

One of my items has been cancelled? Why did this happen?

Items may be cancelled either because of stock unavailability or due to an error in payment. In such a case no money will be debited however if the money has been debited, it will be refunded in in 7 working days.
